Charis Village is designed to be senior-friendly, but there are some extra modifications needed for wheelchair accessibility. We are pleased and excited to let you know that Chinook Villa will have 4 "wheelchair-friendly" units on the main floor. These units will have an accessible bathroom, a lowered counter in the kitchen and a raised terrace that eliminates a step down.
Thank you, Eagle Builders, for graciously re-configuring the units to accommodate more people and to help Charis Village be inclusive and barrier-free! The floor plans of the wheelchair accessible units are posted under RESOURCES on our web page. They will be leased on a first-come, first-serve basis.
