Spring is here and the signs are everywhere. What a beautiful time of year this is. The buds are on the trees, grass is slowly getting green, farmers are in the field seeding this years crop. It is always amazing how new life starts growing after a long winter. Things are moving along here at Charis Village. We still have units for rent or life lease.
