Summer time! Sunshine, green grass, flowers, bountiful gardens, vacations. We hope you are enjoying all these things and much more besides. At Charis, summer time is usually a little slower. Landscaping around the last duplexes is coming along. In a few weeks it will look completely different again. More finished. This year we are excited to see all the units in Chinook Villa leased and work beginning on Phase 2 of our Vision. A wait-list is also developing.
